Lena Juracsik’s enthusiasm for Math began when at the age of five as she was allowed to sit in the back of her mother’s math class on Saturdays. She graduated from Leningrad Pedagogical University in Russia, her native country, and received her certification to teach middle and high school math. When Lena immigrated to the United States, she took classes at Harris–Stowe State College to obtain certification in Missouri.
